The Company's experiment center is equipped with advanced experimental equipment, including tensile testing machines, metallographic microscopes, spectrometers, salt spray testing machines, scanning electron microscopy, etc., which can conduct mechanical property testing, metallographic analysis, composition analysis, corrosion resistance, microscopic morphology analysis, and other tests on materials.
Universal tensile testing machine
The maximum tension is 10 kN, which is used for daily mechanical performance testing of products.
High and low temperature tensile testing machine
The maximum tension is 10 kN, which can be tested at high and low temperatures. It is used to analyze and study the impact of extreme environments on the strength of materials.
Metallographic sample grinding equipment
Metallographic sample grinding and polishing equipment: Polishing equipment (left), sample grinding equipment (right) can quickly and efficiently complete the preparation of metallography with the use of dedicated sample grinding abrasive paper, polishing cloth, and diamond polishing suspension.
Cupping tester
Perform stamping tests on materials, automatically detecting and recording the stamping force and cupping value, and understanding precise stamping performance of materials.
Dumbbell-shaped sample punching machine
With a hydraulic device, tensile test samples can be easily and quickly prepared, which improves the preparation efficiency while ensuring the precision of the sample.
Hardness tester
Micro Vickers hardness tester (left), Brinell hardness tester (right) are used to analyze the surface hardness of metal materials.
Lycra metallographic microscope
Objective magnification: 5X, 10X, 20X. It is used to analyze the microstructure and grain size of the material.
